I have been working in a health care setting for the last 8 years. I have been working as a tissue viability link nurse in hospital. This experience gave me an interest in Laser Hair Removal. I had laser hair removal myself and was overjoyed with the result. I felt I would love to empower other to do the same.
Since joining Oldfield Surgery I am now a fully qualified laser hair technician specialising in hair removal.
In my spare time I love to exercise, bake cakes and spend time with my family and friends.

A warm friendly advanced laser technician with over 10 years laser experience within our business, Charlotte has been working in the health and beauty industry for over 15 years always keeping up to date with the latest courses and knowledge to add to her skills. Charlottes passion is skincare and laser treatments and is always happy to help.
Vikki Dixon
A friendly, approachable laser technician with 10 years of experience in healthcare. After joining Heart of Bath I was ready to take on a new challenge, so I joined the laser team in January 2022. As a healthcare professional being able to provide a service which enables individuals to feel confident and secure in their own bodies is really rewarding.
I started having laser hair removal after previously having it done somewhere else and not being happy with the results. My first consultation was thorough and she talked me through the whole treatment, and what i would gain from having laser hair removal. Straight away i felt at ease and was happy to book my first treatment in.
After my first laser session i noticed the difference straight away. The treatments after that the results were just better and better every time. I am coming towards the end of my treatment and I'm extremely happy with the results!
After previously having laser treatment else where and not seeing any changes and also not feeling comfortable having the treatment done, Charlotte however makes me feel comfortable and i wouldn't go to anyone else! Having laser hair removal done is the best decision I've ever made as it makes life so much easier with going on holiday and not having to do anything anymore and as an added bonus when you have an someone lovely carrying out the treatment it makes a huge difference!
